dryer - no air circulation/humid

I have an old Speed Queen Heavy Duty XL Capacity dryer that gets hot and rotates, but it doesn't seem to be getting air. The inside gets very humid and the clothes take a long time to dry. For example, the dryer lint is wet. The vent from the outside of dryer to outside vent are clear. Is there somewhere else I should be checking. Help, I love this dryer. Thanks.

Check again, you overlooked something. Pull the exhaust vent hose off the back and check the exterior vent door from outside the house. The door can actually clog with lint, and at the same time you can verify air flow from the fan motor.

Yes, it could be lint build-up in door area below filter or, if dryer seems noisier
than usual, it could be the blower wheel loose on the motor shaft & not spinning to move the air through dryer. Dave
