switching 3 prong dryer cord to 4 prong

I have to put a new 4 prong dryer cord on my dryer where a 3 prong is now. The 3 prong cord has a red, black and white wire. The 4 prong has a red, black, white and green wire. Where does the green wire go?

I am moving my dryer to a new location. The electrician put a 4 prong 220 in and the old 220 was a 3 prong.
