Help with changing agitator dogs for a Kenmore 70 series washer

Hopefully someone can help me! I have a Kenmore 70 series washer - model #11022722101. My agitator seemed to be making a funny noise, sounding like it wasn't catching on the dogs. I removed the softner dispenser and the cap and I can see the dogs & sure enough, they are worn way down. I am not sure how to change them, though. I am also having trouble removing the screw to lift out the agitator. Thanks!

Thats the only way to change them remove the bolt and top half of agitator will pull out...

general electric dryer does not start

Dryer does not start. I haven’t used it in 2 weeks because I was on vacation, I unplugged it & plugged it back in. I turn off the trip switch on the electrical panel & turned it back on. I remove all the lint each time I use the dryer. The door is securely closed & I turn it on the way I usually do but the dryer will not start. It's over 7years old but I'm not sure how old it actually is because when I moved here this was already here, do you think this is fixable or should I buy a new dryer? I called GE they told me this electric dryer is either from October 1986 or October 1998. general electric heavy duty automatic dryer permanent press with cool down model#dde5300galad, Serial#TT242760G. I noticed today after removing a load of laundry that there is a drip inside the tub. Water is dripping from the top (where the water comes in, I guess) and down into the tub/basket/whatever. It's been doing it all day and water is starting to settle in the tub. I usually only use cold water but today I used hot water. Could that have something to do with it?
