White Westinghouse Oven Lock

I have a White Westinghouse self cleaning oven that is stuck in the lock position. Even though the lock is engaged, the door is open. The lock light stays on. Obviously I can't run the clean cycle if the door is open, and I can't get the lock to disengage. The model number is mef352bewa. Any thoughts?

Oven lock

Try turning the breaker off to the stove for a few minutes & see if that resets it. Dave

Oven Lock

Thanks, Dave. I actually had the breaker off all night with no success. I took the back panel off the oven and saw the motor. I tried to turn it to release the lock. I couldn't move it.
