Unhappy Hole in oven of electric stove

I have discovered a small hole on one of the rack guides in my electric stove. Is there a product to repair this?

Red face Hole in Electric Oven

Our baking element burned out and left a small hole in the bottom of the oven. There are also 2 screw holes in the top of the oven where the old screws have fallen out.

For the top screw holes, the repair man suggested finding a bracket to hold the broiler element in a new spot and use stainless steel screws.

For the bottom hole, it's a fire risk -- if grease were to get in there and catch on fire. He suggested we at a minimum cover the hole with a couple layers of aluminum foil.

Can we make a mini-aluminum "bowl" with a lip that will tuck into the hole and lie flat on the bottom of the oven, and cover that with aluminum foil, replacing the foil periodically?

While welding won't adhere to the oven enamel, unless it could be done from inside the hole, and stainless steel epoxy is only good for up to 200 degrees, is there something else that could work in the high temperatures of an oven?
