Unhappy Frigidaire Fridge not getting cold enough

I have a 1998 Frigidaire model # MRT21NSGW0. The freezer gets very cold like it should. The fridge however doesn't get very cold at all. It feels cooler than the room temperature when I open it, but I almost think that it is just the coolness of the freezer.

What might be the problem and is this something I can fix? I checked all of the tubing in the back and it is all in perfect shape as if it were new. It really is a nice, clean fridge. There is no dust or debris clogging the lines or anything. I have gone to their website and looked for some answers but have not found much.

This was a free fridge and I was told that it worked. I don't mind dumping a few bucks (20$-30$?) into it if I need to.

Thanks for your help!

It could cost you more than 20 or 30 bucks, but here is what to do next. If the freezer is cold, and it should be -5 to +5 F. All the cold for the refrigerator section comes from the freezer section, so there are three things to look for. If the auto defrost is not working, the coil behind the freezer back panel will ice up and you will get no air flow to the ref section. If the fan in the freezer is not working, you will get no air flow to the ref section. Some S x S refers have a damper door that will open and let cold air into the ref section. Post some info back for us.
