Dryer Venting options

Hi! I recently purchased a condominium that has the option of a washer and dryer inside, but I still have to do some work to make the entire setup operational. Before going forward with this, I've been doing as much research as I can about the biggest problem I have: the dryer vent. Right now, the condo association only allows electric dryers and will not permit a vent to the outside to be installed.

That leaves me with 3 options:
1) Purchase a ventless condenser dryer. I know very little about these except that they are far less common in the US and carry a price premium. Would there be any other considerations for this option?
2) Use an inside vent. According to Barry Stone on this web site, it violates the Uniform Mechanical Code and is illegal. Needless to say, the article made me nervous about taking this approach without further investigation.
3) Approach the condo association and explain that even an electric dryer not vented properly to the outside is a fire hazard and that they should allow anyone living there to install an outside dryer vent. If I am to take this option, I would ask what specific documentation, building codes, and the like that I could bring to their attention to support my case, or where the best place to look for these would be. Or at the very least, where a layperson like me could read the Uniform Mechanical Code.

Thank you in advance for your help.

# 3 would be best option, don,t have codes for you, Might post this in one of the building sites. #1 would work but takes a lot longer to dry, Don't recommend venting to inside even with kit to collect excess lint, Lots of heat and humidity will be inside house
