GE wbxr2060v1ww is not agitating, and new coupler was installed already...
So, I have the GE wbxr2060v1ww. From the advice found on almost every site, I went ahead and replaced not only the coupler, but also the agitator itself. Still not working, I should have run a test wash with the agitator off as I found the shaft is not moving at all when it should be agitating. I suspect this to be a transmission problem. So 1: Does that sound right? 2: Is it worth it for me to try myself, and can it be done from the top side, or will I have to roll the thing over again (had to replace the drive belt a while back).
Edit: I did do a search, and the last reply with my model number was from 2005...

here's a link to your machine

you can do it from the front. you take the tub assy out and turn over to remove trans. You have to take agit out first and I think there are dome bolts to remove from tub area.
