GE Profile PDS20 freezer

I have a three/four year old GE Profile PDS20 refrigerator with a freezer drawer at the bottom. The freezer, according to the digital readout, will not stay at the set temperture. It is set to ZERO but drifts from there to 28 deg. but the refergerator section stays at its proper temp of 37 deg. (Ice maker slows way down when the temperature gets up) Also the section between the refregerator door and freezer drawer is quite warm all the time. Anyone out there have an idea about where to start looking??
Thanks

CHECK YOUR CONDENSOR FAN MOTOR. A warm mullion strip is big indicator of a stalled condensor fan (next to compressor) or a really dirty set of coils. Be sure the back panel is in place when you are done as it is actually important for correct airflow under the fridge. If your fan is not running (while the fridge is running) you can set up a small fan of your own to blow on the coils until you obtain a replacement. This will allow your fridge to maintain good temperatures.

If you find the fan and coils are ok post back and we will try to help you further
