I bought a brand new Bosch Integra dishwasher (SRV53C03UC) and am trying to install. I'm looking for the small parts bag and figured it must be in the dishwasher, since I can't find it on the outside of the machine anywhere. Anyway, I can't figure out how to open the damn door. I've tried plugging it in but nothing happens. How do you open the dishwasher ?

Model # MDG5500AWW. One of the three blades(?) inside the drum unit has come loose. There is only 1 or 3 screws holding it in place. From the looks of things, it appears that the screws are attached to the blades on the OUTSIDE of the drum. How stupid is this??! I have to take the unit apart to gain access to the drum. I am assuming that is not a complicated task, but I do not have access to a service manual, and am cringing at the thought of calling a repair tech to replace two screws. Where can I find a service manual, or at a minimum, instructions to remove the front /top covers of the unit? Thanks!
