Replacing circuit board in Maytag Dishwasher
Hello all,
I have unfortunately been heisted by a local appliance repair shop (said they would charge one thing but somehow the amount was much higher than earlier quoted). Regardless, I know what the problem is. My maytag dishwasher is about 6 months old (model MDB9150AWW). It just stopped working someday and would make a clicking noise and the light would blink. I was told it was the main electronic board, and I assume it is the circuit board. I have found these for sale online but wanted to ask some advice about chainging the circuit board? Where can I find how to do this.
Thanking you all in advance.

I just realized I may have made a mistake. He said the control panel needs to be replaced which I assume is the circuit board. Perhaps I ma wrong. Any light that may be shed would be of great interest. I thank you all

here is a link to your machine

This might help. Looks like control board and control panel are the same part.

Thank you....Do you think this is just an unplug and replug the new one in kind of job. Or in my getting myself into something that's going to be tough?

Does this statement mean that most boards plug into dishwashers?, but that he should not work on the dishwasher himself?
Or does this statement mean that most control boards plug into appliances, but they do not plug into dishwashers?
