freezer drawer glide (closer?)problem

Re a Kenmore Elite Trio bottom freezer refrigerator.

After reinstalling the Durabase (large plastic bin) removed for cleaning, the freezer drawer (door) would not close all the way. The left glide hung up but then closed with a little pressure. Drawer then would open only a few inches with left glide again hung up. Prying the glide a little allowed drawer to open completely and bin to be removed.

Discovered plastic mechanisms with springs and moveable part at rear of each track. Not sure of their purpose (latch? closer?) but left one is definitely malfunctioning. Right one slides foward and locks in place when drawer is opened. Left one doesn't hold. I can hear it spring back when drawer is tugged open. If I manually lock it forward and then close drawer, left glide hangs up when drawer is reopened and glide has to be pried again.

Advice appreciated.

Based on the schematic, what I am calling a glide or a track is more properly called a rail or rail assembly. The device with springs doesn't show separately however.
