KitchenAid Microwave Door spring broken

My door hinge spring (the counter-weight spring that makes the door feel light) broke.

I have the Kitchenaid Superba wall-mounted Microwave/Convection Oven combo

Kitchen Aid
Superba
Model: 4450786A

How can I fix it? Where can I get a replacement? How do I replace...

Frigidaire Front Load Washer Drum Noise-Repair?

Hi! I have a 9 yr old Frigidaire Front Load Washer Model# FWTR445RFS1, and all of a sudden during the spin cycle I heard a big thump/clunk noise. I took out the clothes and when I run it again on spin, it starts up ok, but then the basket really starts to wobble and I hear the noise again. I can also move the basket too freely when stopped. Is this something I can repair..a belt or something?? Or do you know what it might be and what do you think my repair cost is going to be..do I need to have a repairman out? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

kenmore 70 series dryer takes to long to dry

I have a kenmore70 series dryer that works fine except that it takes morethan one cycle to dry the clothes. I know that the heating element can go bad over time, but is there anything else I need to look for before i replace the heating element? Thanks
