My electric clothes dryer is in a relatively open space with our bedrooms nearby. I'd like to use the warm and humid air from the electric dryer exhaust. The Dryer sits against the outside wall with an external vent hole two feet away. I have installed a simple filter in the exhaust tube. The exhaust heat is doing the trick, but there is too much lint getting out. Any ideas on best ways to remove the lint? Sorry if this is already been asked - couldn't find it Thanks

Maybe I should not be posting here but am not sure I read several of the dryer post and could not find what I needed, the first question is which direction should a amana dryer drum turn? Second is I got a brand new dryer today and hooked up the 4 wire 4 prong cord like the directions said red on red black on black the white in center and the ground on green ground screw on back of dryer, and the jumper wire on the center with the white wire. But the dryer ran forever, not sure how long and it really did not get very warm. It had jeans in it and they were dry but they never got warm, also the drum is turning counterclockwise and I am not sure that is the way it is suppose to be turning and I am really frustrated. I do not know what else to try, I have tried rearranging the wires every which way and cannot get the dryer to really heat or turn in another direction. Any help and I would be so grateful.
