GE Potscrubber dishwasher

GE Potscrubber dishwasher

I have a GE potscrubber dishwasher 2 yrs old, first it was leaving soap residue, then it wasn't even disolving soap, wont melt wax on dishwasher cleaning agent, doesnt seem like much water is getting in, i've opened and looked at it and doesnt seem to have enough water presure to make center come up and spin, any ideas? please help

Look under the machine for the water inlet valve. Shut off the water, take the water supply tube off the inlet valve and look inside the valve to see if there is any blockage. If no you might need to replace the valve. Have you done any plumbing work in that area recently? If you can post the model # we'll see if we can find you a parts breakdown. Thanks.

husband manually tripped drain selonoid, and it drained, took selinoid to this appliance store here and clerk said shes never heard of this all being 1 single problem, but dishwasher is fairly new, jus been used for 1 year, please help

husband manually tripped drain selonoid, and it drained, took selinoid to this appliance store here and clerk said shes never heard of this all being 1 single problem, but dishwasher is fairly new, jus been used for 1 year, please help

Ok now I'm confused. Is the DW not filling or not draining? Why would you check the drain solenoid if the machine is not filling sufficiently? Maybe I missed something?
