Kenmore washer won't spin
I have a Kenmore washer Model# 110.46462501. I began washing clothes yesterday and when I went to check on the clothes the cycle had stopped on spin and all of the lights were lit on the panel. I had to hand wring all of the clothes out. Once I took all of the clothes out, I put the washer on drain and spin and it began to spin slowly. However, when the clothes are in there it won't spin. What can the problem be?

those flashing lights are trying to tell you a fault code if this machine does not have minutes remaining.
first thing you need to do is take the front lower panel off and clean the pump filter.
then select the last cycle on the dial and press 2nd rinse button 3 or 4 times until the door locks. it should now go though a diagnostic cycle.
there should be a tech sheet inside the the front lower panel for you to read

Look under tub and basket and see the belt. It sounds like the belt is slipping, Have only seen this once in the last 6 or 7 years I have been working on them. Another problem could be motor. Take bottom panel off and there is a tech sheet in panel or taped to side. It will tell you how to get into test cycle and what to look for.
