I'm assuming that you hear the pump running when the machine is supposed to be draining? Most likely the drain impeller in the pump is broken. Easy fix, inexpensive part, it comes as a kit. Another possilbility is the motor might not be reversing direction, but that's a stretch. Can you post the entire model #? It's a Frigidaire part, should be easy to find on Ebay.
