Buying/installing replacment appliance

Our 20 year old combo wall oven/microwave has failed. I'm looking to replace but can not find a model that has the same cutout dimensions as the current unit (to fit into the existing cabinets). How close to the measurements of the existing unit do I need to be? What are my options short of replacing the entire cabinet?

The problem with replacing these oven/microwave combos is that you can’t find these combos anymore. What you will probably find is that a single oven is too short and a double oven is too tall. I hope you find something but I think you will have to have major cabinetwork in order to replace this. Build-in appliances are nice but replacing can sometimes be a pain!
