Refrigerator not cooling after delivery.

Refrigerator not cooling after delivery.
I have to tell the long version. My freezer started not freezing hard so I paid a pro $50 to tell me it needed a recharge and buy another refrigerator. So, I buy this nice 5 year old Maytag top freezer 20 CU Ft . Then I bounced it on my trailer ( Up right ) 30 miles and plugged it in. It didnt get cold. So thinking that bouncing might be like tilting, I unplugged it for 24 hours and tried again. Only a bit of cold air can be felt in the freezer.
Rather than pay the appiance guy $50 to tell me to go buy a new $800 refrigerator, ...any likely thing I can check ?
I would rather waste $50 on a timer or something than throw this beauty away.

It's always been my understanding that whenever a used fridge/freezer is moved like that you need to let it sit in it's new location for 24 hrs before plugging it in. Something about any trash that might be in the oil getting bounced around plugging up the system. Letting it set allows it to settle, after the fact may be too late

You know for a fact that when you bought it, that it cooled good?
Bouncing, eh? How bouncing?, is the question. Bouncing so much that brazed joints could crack a little?
And does the compressor have that nice compressor buzzing hum sound when it runs?
Does this model have bottom heat coils with a fan down underneath? Or does yours have coils behind the back of the fridge? If you have bottom coils, the compressor, freezer fan, and bottom fan all have to run at same time to cool right.
And if a bottom fan does not run, not only is the complaint that it does not cool good enough, - there often is the claim that the box itself can feel hot along some edge of the front of the box when you feel around those edges where the door closes against, with the fridge compartment door open.
We can answer more, if we find some of this out.

lots of questions
I will do some more testing after this weekend on it.
Yes it worked before I paid $200 for it.
Yes it bounced in a trialer for 30 miles. I didnt measure the bounce rate. if I broke it then it bounced too hard.
I printed out a link on step by step testing. Can to in a couple days. Thanks to all.

update
I plugged it in walked away and came back in an hour.
Nothing was cold. Both fans ran.
Compressor had a small feeling very slight humming,, it was running. No warmth.
Checking the fins, there was no warmth being thrown off.
All wires look tight. I turned the cooling temps to medium.
sure didnt see where I jarred a connection and lost freon or whatever is in them.
Last week I paid a professional $50 to tell me to buy another fridge. Well, I bought 2. This one for $200 then anotehr one for $60 that works great.
I think I will pull the fans and timer out of it and throw it away. Too bad, it looks new.
