Washing Machine too slow to fill
Water barely trickles into my washing machine.
I removed the hot and cold hoses from the water inlet valve, turned on the water at both taps and the water flows at full strength.
I've replaced the two filter screens at the water inlet valve but the slow-to-fill condition still exists.
Assuming that the water inlet valve was bad, I installed a new one but the slow-to-fill condition still exists.
Using the wiring diagram (schematic), I verified that the electrical connections to the water inlet valve terminals are correct.
What can I try next?

Washing Machine too slow to fill
It's a Speed Queen Marathon Heavy Duty Washing Machine.
Model # NA3511.
If the valve isn't getting 120 AC, what is the source of the problem?

Did you check the hoses/screens also besides inlet screens?
Both hot and cold filling equally slow?
Nobody else running housewater while machine is filling?
That the incoming water is not draining out as it tries to fill?
120 at wall outlet?
Tested by filling with bucket of water or otherwise let machine fill and run to make sure machine all works except for filling problem?
That the fill tube going into washer tub is not kinked, or blocked at either end?
