Loose Tub in Kenmore Washer

So the tub in my washer (Kenmore 80 Series) is just loose and banging all over during the spin cycle. When you push on it it just swings freely. I took the cabinet and found that the three pins that appear to hold the bracket together had fallen out (into clear plastic "catchers). I am able to get all the pins back in (in the picture you can see the holes they need to go through), but they just fall back down. Its like there is something they need to latch onto - like a spring or something. Plus there is a small hole in the tip of each pin which would support that assumption. Please see pic. Any idea of what I should be looking for or what I need to do?

those are shipping pins. the plastic cups keep them off the floor. you dont need the pins. are all four suspension springs connected? how do the 3 plastics pads look that the skate plate slides on look? worn down all the way? are the rear feet seized? when you lift rear of washer off floor can you hear a cachunck noise from the rear feet?

The tub is supposed to move around like that. Check for broken springs. Check that the unit is level.

Springs all look good. Frame sits perfectly level and solid at all 4 corners.
