Question GE dryer takes longer, some clothes damp DPSE810EG5WT

Two year-old GE DPSE810EG5WT dryer, light home use. When I first got it, it would register near 30 minutes on startup. Now it consistently says 46 minutes. This is consistent, regardless of the size or weight of the load. Isn't the moisture sensor supposed to regulate that?

Haven't timed the actual, but it is definitely much longer than when it was new. Sometimes the clothes still come out damp.

Of course, I have already cleared the duct.

I'd be surprised if one of the elements had failed this early in its life. Surprised, but not completely shocked.

Suggestions? Also, if disassembly is necessary to test the elements, a clue about how to open the panel would be appreciated.

Almost all long dry times start with the vent. Make sure the vent is not pinched behind dryer and clean vent to outside. When you have dryer out to clean vent feel air with vent off than connect vent and go outside and feel air there it should be the same.
