Dryer Heating Element Good But Still No Heat

I have a Kenmore series 70 Model 110-66702692 Electric Dryer.
The dryer operates correctly except it does not heat up
I replaced the heating element and still it does not heat up.
The safeties all have closed continuity thru the circuitin and still no heat.
What is the most common heating component that goes out other thn the heating element?
How do I troubleshoot this

Top of your heater box is a Hi-limit thermostat should be closed. Most usual problem for your dryer, After fixed clean out vent tube to outside or you will be doing this again. Keep us posted please.

Figured it out.
The selector switch (BAD) terminal feeding the red wire connecting the safeties circuit ending up feeding the heating element did not provide 120 volts to this terminal
Needs a new selector switch.
It is an old dryer so I just tied it to the 120 volts from the timmer/buzzer circuit.
All works fine now.
Thanks Pugsl
