Whirlpool Refridgerator Water Dispenser Not Working

I have a Whirlpool Model ED5VHGXMB10 with the ice/water dispenser. The water dispenser quit working. The ice dispenser is working fine. The module that you push with your glass seems loose but when you press it all the way to the back nothing happens. I took my finger and felt at the top of the module behind the light and found where that module makes contact with something that activates the water. It works and water came out.
So I am thinking that either the module that you press on with your glass is either broken or off track. Thoughts on how to repair...

 

Does anyone know if my thinking is correct about the water dispenser arm (see below) and where I could find a manual to replace this module.
