GE top loader won't agitate

I have a GE top loading washer, model # WJRR4170G1WW. It will spin, fill and drain.
I have read some of the other posts and it sounds like the same problem. I'm asking this again, because it's 3 years old and some of the others machines were a little older.

Thank you in advance for any assistance. I own a pressure washing company, so if I can be any assistance with exterior cleaning issues, please ask away.

most likely need drive tube and motor. Look at motor for green light I not sure but 4 4 green blinks is motor problem. There should be a tech sheet under console that may help.

Replacing dryer vent that runs in wall, up through attic, and out the roof...

Just moved into our new house and realized that the dryer vent was clogged after getting a new washer and dryer. Had it professionally cleaned today and they said that the vent that is inside the wall is made out of a white vinyl material and not up to code. I'd like to replace it myself or have it replaced, but am wondering how hard of a job it would be. The vent begins directly behind the dryer and enters the wall, from there it runs straight up into the attic and out the top of the roof. It's a one story house so isn't a tremendously large length of tubing. Unfortunately, other than when it's in the attic, it's inside the wall the entire time. Would replacing it require me to tear out all the drywall? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.Read More

Frigidaire Top Loading Washer Leaking

Hi, I have a top loading Frigidaire washing machine that has started leaking during the spin cycle. It's a small amount of water that is leaking up and it appears to be coming from the bottom of the machine near the front. I've also started noticing water residue high up in the drum at the end of the load. The door looks during the spin cycle, so unfortunately, I can't look in to see what is happening. I have a feeling the water is draining too slowly out of the drum. One footnote, the leaking started happening after having a blockage in the laundry room drain pipe that was causing the water to overflow the drain pipe. Thanks in advance for your help.Read More
