Frigidaire Top Loading Washer Leaking

Hi,

I have a top loading Frigidaire washing machine that has started leaking during the spin cycle. It's a small amount of water that is leaking up and it appears to be coming from the bottom of the machine near the front. I've also started noticing water residue high up in the drum at the end of the load. The door looks during the spin cycle, so unfortunately, I can't look in to see what is happening. I have a feeling the water is draining too slowly out of the drum. One footnote, the leaking started happening after having a blockage in the laundry room drain pipe that was causing the water to overflow the drain pipe. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

Did you get the clog completely taken care of? It sounds as if the drain line on the washer has developed a leak where it attaches to the washer. Any way you can check that out?

 

2 screws bottom front of washer. take out and panel slides down and off than you can see whats happening.
