Dishes have strong detergent smell?

Dishes have strong detergent smell?
I have an older Insinkerator dishwasher that has been working great for years.
Lately, the glasses and dishes have a strong detergent odor on them after cleaning.
I'm not using different detergent and the screen at the bottom of the washer appears to be clean. Also, our water heater is working good so the inlet water is very hot.
The dishes and glasses come out looking sparkly clean and spotless, they just have the strong odor of detergent on them........
What else should I look for?
