rinse cycle on washer doesn't agitate
The washer works fine except the rinse cycle no longer agitates the clothes. The water fills properly during the rinse cycle and the timer advances during the rinse cycle as normal but no agitation occurs. This lack of agitation during the rinse cycle occurs in every type of setting on the timer dial: Heavy duty, delicate, permanent press, etc... The water fills fine at all temps. There are no odd or unusual noises / sounds during the washer operation.

I know you said it fills in rinse but rinse only uses cold water, Make sure the cold water is working( put in cold water and try to fill) If that works sounds like timer.
