kenmore 800 series top load washer won't drain completely

My Kenmore 800 series washer (model 110.2982) is not draining completely. After spin cycle, clothes still need to be hand wrung before drying, and water in bottom of basket leaves bottom clothes dripping. Also, large drops of water have been slung all over basket, lids, etc. Haven't washed in a couple of days, but when I opened lid today and moved basket to one side, water came up through holes in bottom.

Look inside cabinet about 6 inches from floor you you may see a streak of oil. If there you need a gearcase top seal, clutch and drive coupler. lean washer back against wall to look under it.Look inside cabinet about 6 inches you you may see a streak of oil.
