Whirlpool Refridgerator making grumbling noise
My refridgerator (a Whirlpool Model ED5VHGXMB10) is making a grumbling noise from the rear. I am thinking it is coming from the fan on the freezer side near the middle of the unit. This has had to be replaced before.
I would like to attempt this myself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

First, find a place to store all the stuff in the freezer while you are working on it. I would then remove the panels to gain access to the fan you suspect so you can confirm if that's the culprit. I've not seen many air circulation fan motors go bad so it's possible that you have another problem. Do you know if that model has a history of problems with that fan? It's odd that it's been replaced already and you think it's dying again.

Grumbling noise fixed
I had a technician come look at it. (It stopped cooling last night.)
He replaced the evaporator fan and is cooling fine now and no grumbling noise.
