Hello All, I have a GE side by side refrigerator (model #esh25xgre) that has sprung a leak in the plastic tubing. I have located the problem area and am prepared to replace the tubing, however, I ran into something that I am unfamiliar with. It appears that the tubing runs from the copper line up to the top of the refrigerator and then a second line runs down from the top of the refrigerator to the bottom. This is the line that needs to be replaced. The tubing seems to be going into the water filter at the top of the refrigerator and is secured in by caulk. I have no idea how to remove this end of the tubing. Any ideas? Hello! Hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to what I might look for in figuring out what is wrong with my washing machine! It's a Maytag washer #HAV4657EWW (purchased new in 2005.) We replaced the pump in 2009. It makes a terrible noise when going through the spin cycle! (I believe the design of the machine drains and spins at the same time.) No noise made when washing, just when draining/spinning. Kind of hard to describe the noise, but maybe more like a squeeling sound? The decibel level does drop some as it gets closer to the end of the cycle. I did remove the agitator to make sure there wasn't anything caught underneath it (but didn't really expect to find anything there as it didn't seem to make a noise like there was something caught/rubbing there) I have tried moving the inner tub by hand, it doesn't budge, but I don't know if it's supposed too? Can anyone offer a suggestion on what I can look for to determine where this noise is coming from and if I can repair it? (I'm can be pretty handy if I have good step-by-step instructions to follow and I'm not too afraid of a challenge). Thanks! mxmom
