GE top load washer makes clicking noise

Hi, I have a GE top load washer. Recently it started making a clicking noise. I checked it out, ran a service field test, and found out that the low agitation isn't working properly. The high agitation works just fine however. When the clicking noise is happening, the lights in the house flicker. The air bell coupling seems fine because the agitator doesn't spin freely not to mention the high agitation works just fine. I'm not experienced in this field at all so I could really use some help getting the solution to this problem because I can't afford a new washer. I do not have the model # on hand but can get it when I get home. Plz help! Thanks!

Will need model m# GE washers have changed, Not a common problem, Where is noise comming from top, bottom ???
