How to replace bad element in flat top stove.

I have a Frigidaire, flat top stove (Model FES36dECB). Once of the burners is out and I can't figure out how to get underneath the glass flat top to replace it. Glass top doesn't budge, I removed some screws from underneath the front control panel to see if that would pop out, but it didn't move either. Any help is appreciated!

It looks like the top is hinged. I need the correct model number also. The d is incorrect.

I've tried pulling on the glass top but it doesn't budge. Is there a switch or special tool needed to open it?

After removing the trim screws.....the trim may slide forward and come off.

When the washer finishes agitating, then drains the water, then the timer advances to the spin cycle, it just sits there.No spin. I checked the tubs and all is clear. I checked the coupling between the motor and drive unit and it is perfect. The wires are tight and the capacitor is good. But when I manually turned the inner tub a couple of times, then the washer starts to spin, no matter how many times I raised and lowered the lid. Maytag microwave humming

Maytag MMV5465AAS microwave Woke up one morning to find the circuit breaker tripped. Reset the breaker and the microwave was humming. Not as if it was running necessarily, but a somewhat loud steady hum. When we open the door the humming stops. When we close the door again the humming starts again. The display on the control panel hasn't worked for a couple years now. It displays for a few seconds at a time once a month or so, but the display seems to work a little more often now.
