Roper washer spins, but not fast
Roper washer model RAX423RQ4. I cannot find any information for this model. I triple checked the model number on the machine, it is correct.
This washer will spin and drain, but it spins very slow. It leaves clothes soaking wet. I do not own a volt meter, but I did take a look at the lid switch and it appears functional. Could this be caused by something else?

Look inside cabinet about 6 inches from floor you you may see a streak of oil. If there you need a gearcase top seal, clutch and drive coupler. lean washer back against wall to look under it.
