Bosch Dual Fuel Range will not hold heat setting

My Bosch Dual Fuel range, HDI7282c/01, will not pre-heat past 370, and once it reaches that temp. it goes down to 330 (and sometimes 275). I have had one service call where the heat element was checked and a circuit board replaced. It did pre-heat to 350 (which is where it was set) so we thought it was fixed. It wasn't. The range is on a dedicated outlet.
Any ideas?

There needs to be a sensor that monitors the oven temperature and reports it back to the control board. These sensors drift off of calibration as well as go intermittent.

I have no service info on your unit but if it's like most units it's mounted inside to the upper back of the oven and plugs into wiring harness in the back of the range.

Amana Washer ALW895SAW Motor Hums

I replaced the belt, idler pully wheel with its appropriate washers and retaining clip. Checked out the motor pully and it looks good. Looked at the water pump and it also looks good. So this was suppose to take care of the original problem of no agitation. So after the new parts I put the motor back in hooked it all up, put some water in the tub and started the washer. It (motor) hums. Tried the wash/spin speed switch (fast, reg slow, gentle fast, gentle slow) and the motor tone did not change just a hum. When I put on the timer extra spin it spins just fine, but no agitation. My neighbor unhooked the belt and moved everything counterclockwise and it is fine. Moved it clockwise and it is fine. So nothing seems to be binding. The service manual (RS3100007) says to test "motor start switch and start windings". How am I to do this and what kind of readings should I get. The service manual doesn't tell me this information, and the schematic/diagram of the motor switch doesn't match what is actually on the motor. Is it possible to buy just the motor switch (p/n 35632 or 35652) and not the whole motor assembly. If any one knows this would be great. So I don't know what to do next if I can't get a motor switch. Kenmore Under Counter Ice Maker

Hey Folks, I have a Kenmore under counter ice maker model 6.89483998 that seems to have excessive water from the drain in the rear. There is plenty of ice being made. It drips water steadily which I assume is normal for this unit but on a regular cycle many times an hour it pours water as if a faucet was turned on from the same drain for a minute or two .
