guess chest freezer problem?

Someone posted a local classified ad as follows:
"We have a deep freezer that has worked perfectly for the last 2 years, and just quit working a couple of weeks ago. It keeps cool, but not below freezing. It's very clean and has not rust. It might be an easy fix but we don't have the time or energy to put into it. It's FREE to whomever wants it! You haul!"

I wouldn't mind getting a deep freezer for free if it might be something relatively easy to fix but don't really want to get stuck with one that needs something major like a compressor or whatever. From the description are there any thoughts on what might be the likely problem with it. I realize without even looking at or without more background info it would probably be a guessing game as to what's the problem, but anyone feel like giving it a shot? Thanks for any comments/advice.
