Outside Dryer Vent - White/Clear smoke coming out

This is the first time I'm drying clothes in the morning around 8am. Temp outside is like 45 degrees.

I went to throw out the garbage and I saw white/clear smoke coming out of the dryer vent. No burning smell, but it was just something new.

Is this just condensation since it is cold outside and the dryer air is hot? The air from the dryer thru the venting pipe to the outside is still a strong flow, so thinking nothing to do with the vent being clogged up.

But just want to make sure.

Yep, this is normal. You're seeing water vapor, BTW.

Thank you for the quick replay Mitch. New homeowner, so I'm paranoid about everything? BTW - How long does new home owner paranoia last? It's driving me crazy.

How long does new home owner paranoia last?
Hopefully, forever. You ALWAYS want to question what you do not understand. When you stop questioning is when things can go horribly wrong and come back to bite you on the rear.

I had a neighbor come by one day to tell me he saw smoke coming out the side of my house. It wasn't smoke but the light ash from my fireplace. I was using my central vacuum (with additional collector) to vacuum out my fireplace. The lighter ash went through the secondary collector, the primary collector and was exhausted out the vent. Nothing at all to be concerned about (the fireplace hadn't had a fire for about a month) but I was glad to have such an observant neighbor who obviously cared enough to let me know what he saw.

Good advice Furd, thank you.

Yes, I am more of a person who likes to be preemptive and avoid major issues. But all the home owners I talk to tell me they deal with stuff when it breaks.
