two noisy appliances ... what to do beside replacing...

I rent and have two Noisy appliances one is a GE Dishwasher machine

And the second is a Kenmore washing machine .. have taken the liberty of video taping 25 seconds of video/audio for anyone to diagnose and suggest fixes... but not replacements (at this point ..) THANKS

That looks like a basic GE dishwasher and they can run on the louder side. In your video that sounds normal. A dishwasher is a dishwasher..... so what you pay extra for is mostly a quieter pump and motor system and definitely more insulation in the walls and the door.

That washing machine has a problem. It is not agitating properly.
Does it drain and spin ok ?

The washing machine you need agitator dogs, Less than 10$ and about 10 minutes to fix. Will still make noise but don't think will hurt anything. Would fix dogs and wait to see if anything breaks with washer. Won't cost ant more. For a rental unit you have the best out there, would not put a new type washer there.
