Whirlpool Washer Ripping Clothes and Leaving Brown Streaks

Alright fellas, I hope someone can shed some light here. First off, it is not the dryer. I have attached some pictures that everyone can look at and they were taken from the washer and have never gone into the dryer. At first we thought it was the dryer so we decided to be more careful and just washed the clothes, inspected them carefully before putting them into the dryer. It does not happen everytime but over the last 10 washes, we've gotten torn and shredded clothes 4 of the 10 uses. We have checked the drums and nothing sharp and we have also checked the paddles. Here are the pictures, any and all help is much appreciated and thank you.

A Duet machine..... seems to be a constant complaint with the shredded clothes.

From what I can tell it's an issue with the bellows. In the following link it's part # 2. There seems to be an issue where it attaches to the outer tub.

My partner Pugsi may have some additional information.

There is nothing in the washer to cause the black marks, no oil or grease in washer. Look in side basket see if there are any sharp objects stuck in one of the holes, I have found nails stick in them. Make sure the door boot is on right. No wrinkles,
