LG refrigerator not freezing

LG refrigerator model #LFX25974ST is not freezing. I took the back off of inside the freezer apart to see if cooling tubing and fins were iced up and they were warm and fairly dry.Any advice on what it could be? The fans are all working and compressor is humming and vibrating? Thanks Nessie

Welcome to the forums.

If the compressor is running and the evaporator is warm it would indicate that there is a lack of refrigerant. How old is the unit ?

Thanks PJmax

I just bought this about 2 yrs ago o I'm really surprised that it has suddenly stopped working. I am going to check the thermister later today but I was worried about the refrigerant to. Is it normal to see a greenish dry substance where it looks like the compressor lines are hooked in with cooling lines that the compressor fan blows on. Thanks Nessie
