Bosch d/w not heating, how to test element?
Bosch d/w model #SHE43F02UC/48
D/W is not heating water. How can I test the heating element when I remove it to make sure it is that and not something on the board? I was reading one of the posts that someone had a relay or something on a board that was the problem on their Bosch and it had to be soldered in. Any help in diagnosing problem would be great. Thanks ahead of time.

Not the easiest unit to service. I would try to get to the heating element terminals with the unit still in place. Make sure power is off to the unit.
There have been issues with soldered connections on the control board. That would need to be removed to check it.
The link below shows the heating element as well as a way to replace it.
