Whirpool oven pre-heating very slow and taking a long time to heat up

Hi

I have an electric Whirlpool stove/oven model# YWFE330WAB0

When using the oven in bake mode, it takes a very long time to heat up. For example it will take 20 to 30 minutes to heat up 350F.

If I turn on the broiler, it will heat up to 400F degrees in less than 5 minutes, but when in regular bake mode it seems to take forever.

The bottom element is concealed under the bottom panel, so I cannot visually see it, but I can feel heat coming off the bottom panel almost immediately after turning it on.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Can you double check that model number for me ?

Does that range have a temperature readout that shows what the actually temp is or do you set it for the temp and it beeps when temp is reached ?

There is digital readout that you set to the temp you want (say 400) and then it will switch to show current temp which starts at 100 and then it will slowly increase to the setting you have over 20 to 30 minutes, unless I use broil in which case it preheats in less than 5 minutes.

I am in Canada and the oven had a Made in USA sticker on it, so sometimes the model numbers are slightly different. It could be this instead: YWFE330WB
