GE Side-by-side fridge/freezer not cool enough
Hi there,
I have a fridge/freezer model number# PSC25PSWSS, which just doesn't seem to ever get cold enough. It's a nice hi-tech front panel, completely digital, and while the freezer is set to -4 and the fridge 34, the freezer is stuck at 8 degrees, and the fridge 44.
Anyone have any ideas? We can't make ice, we can barely keep things frozen, it's no longer under warranty, so any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Welcome to the forums.
Have you cleaned the coils and the fan underneath the fridge ?
Does it seem like the compressor is running all the time ?
A defrost problem and ice buildup could be a problem but usually the freezer is ok and the fridge is too warm.
There is a fan in the freezer that blows air thru the coils into the fridge and freezer.... can you feel that air ?
