Amana front loader error code 16
Good morning,
I've googled with no success, but did find this forum, so it wasnt all for naught!
I have an Amana Tandem 7300 showing error code 16
(MOD) NFW7300WW01
(SER) HL11662940
(TYPE) 832-A
I have cleaned the hoses and reset it. i have also put it on the cleaning cycle with vinegar.
Any help is much appreciated.

For your info washer was built by Whirlpool, do not know that code most codes start with a F xx, What is the washer doing, not draining, no spin??

Shoot, it's 61 not 16... Darn dyslexia. :-(
It won't automatically change cycles, I have to physically do it. Then it doesnt spin, it just beeps at me.

know all about dyslexia have it bad. Fairbanks may have the codes. Retired a few months ago and don't have access anymore. Does it drain? usually the drain pump is clogged when it won't spin. Take lower panel off you might find a tech sheet in panel or taped to side. Will have codes and how to test. Drain pump is the white thing with a screw cap in it. If you take cap off you will have about 6 to 7 gallons of water there. Is your washer on a pedestal? If not I always lean washer back against wall so water is in back and than I can put a pan under it.
