LED display panel and light issue on Sub Zero wine cooler

I have a Sub Zero model 424 wine cooler that has suddenly developed a few issues that I am unsure if they are related. I noticed the interior lights were staying on. Upon investigation, I noticed the LED panel was blank. I tried to turn the unit off, no avail. Nothing on the LED panel works. The button below the door that should turn the lights off or on does nothing, the lights stay on. The unit runs and still cools and I think it is running all the time. We had a power outage two days ago and I noticed these issues the next day. My wine cooler is about 10 years old. Thanks for the help

Welcome to the forums.

The interior lights are controlled from door switches as well a switch on the control panel.
I don't have any service info on your unit and almost none is online either. You may need to call a Sub Zero service company.

I did find the following troubleshooting guide but I'm not sure it will be of any help. I did read about no display and sabbath mode.

In a final attempt to try something, I went to the electrical panel and turned the breaker off then on and when I went to cooler everything works now. Go figure.

Thank you fixed my Beverage Unit as well

Note: I think there is an issue with a short reset. Cannot just be an off/on of the breaker. Wait for 30 seconds before flipping it back.on. I was worried looks like an expensive part.happy now
