Is it safe to move a Zanussi ZWD16270

Hi,

Would you by any chance know if it's safe to move a Zanussi ZWD16270 washer dryver on its side?

My husband and I are thinking of buying one second hand from somebody in our area. We'd need to carry it on its side to either load it in the car, or even on its back.....not sure if that's recommended?

thanks,
Bronwin

Had to find your machine we don't have it in US. Front loader unless you can take front or back off and support tub it needs to stay upright.

Oops! I replied to a PM and missed that it was a combo unit! I thought it was just a dryer and that if the drum was immobilized in place somehow it would probably be ok to transport without major issues.

Did advise to call a local appliance repair or retail store and ask about the specific unit though, so hopefully it worked out.
