Welcome to the forums.

I don't have access to the service info on your fridge but it sounds like you may have a damper problem. The freezer and fridge cool based on flowing cold air.

You would be best serve by checking with a service center in your area.

Unhappy

Hi, I was just wondering how you resolved this problem? Our freezer door was left slightly ajar accidentally and now the nothing at the top of the freezer will freeze but the bottom is still frozen. It's also a beko.

Welcome to the forums.

The original poster hasn't been here for a year.

Have you tried unplugging the unit for 24 hours to unthaw it and then run it again ?
