Daewoo FRG-1830BRS not freezing enough

I bought this refrigerator 2 1/2 years ago and it noticed lately that the top freezer gets only down to 2 degree Fahrenheit (-12 Celsius). I have ice cream in it and when I buy it at the store it is stone hard, but in my freezer it is almost liquid.
The thermostat is set to maximum and the condenser is clean. Ambient temperature during the day is 18-20 degree Celsius and at night 16.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Not much technical info available for your appliance. The following link is for the owners manual which has some limited information.

Have you checked the fridge temperature ?

The freezer temp control is only an air damper that allows more or less air to flow thru freezer. The fridge control is the actual thermostat that controls the temperature of the whole box. Try setting the fridge temperature one number colder.

There is also a fan in the freezer that circulates the air thru the fridge and freezer. That needs to be checked although if the fridge is ok it's probably working.
