Kenmore Series 80 Washer
I have a series 80 washer, Model# 15862400. When I use the Permanent Press
cycle, it won't sin at the end of the wash cycle. Can anyone tell me what might
be my problem? The other cycles, my washer spins just fine, it's just when I use
the Permanent press cycle.

That model number would be 110.15862400.
The 110 prefix signifies that it's a Whirlpool built appliance for Sears.
Strange problem. It sounds like a timer problem as it's working in other cycles.
Have you tried or can you try lifting the lid and then closing when it should be spinning and see if it starts ?
