Subzero 700 TCI runs for 2-3 seconds then shuts off.. Defrost mode?

Subzero 700 TCI has been sitting for two weeks after a 40 mile transport . It was working flawlessly prior to transport.

last night cleaned it and plugged it in. started up fine, compressor and fan motor sounding strong all lights working, ran for about 2-3 seconds compressor and fan went off. Lights still work, control panel lights also . turned unit off at master switch in lower compartment waited 1 minute and turned back on . compressor and fan ran again for 2-3 seconds or so and went off again.

I'm hoping it is simply in defrost mode and I can plug it back in and when off defrost mode it will kick on and be fine. But, don't want to try if I am wrong and cause a major problem

I doubt it's in defrost mode as it has an electronic processing board that controls defrost.
Plug it in and see what happens.
